We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager / Growth Hacker to establish the company’s growth strategy, navigate the company through product-market fit and scaling, manage/ execute traction channels, drive key metrics like acquisition, CAC and MRR, manage a marketing budget, and eventually hire and lead the growth team.
You will be one of the key people responsible for Retainr's growth, helping place Retainr at the forefront of the MarTech industry and establishing our reputation as the industry’s most disruptive, innovative and valuable SAAS companies.
We don’t care too much for job titles right now, but as you’ll be the first Growth hire, there’s an opportunity for you to become VP of Growth down the line (once you’ve earned your stripes!). Ultimately, being at the helm of Retainr and driving the company through to 7 Figures is one of those unique experiences that’ll make you highly desirable for any role in future. It’s going to be quite the journey!
You have at least 5 years experience in a leading Growth role
You’re really passionate about MarTech & Growth Hacking!
You’re super solid on Paid Social channels and performance marketing
You’re hands-on, experimental and resourceful
You can strategize and execute equally well
You have previously worked in a tech startup
You’re unafraid of being bold, challenging others and taking risks
You are a genuine and humble person
You want to change the world!
Creating the growth culture at Retainr (data-driven, experimental, analytical, scrappy, resourceful, bold and creative)
Driving key metrics across the funnel from awareness to referral, including driving up MRR and driving down CAC
Managing the transition through product-market fit to scaling
Hiring and leading a growth team (once you’ve forged the initial path)
Building, growing and maintaining effective traction channels, both online and offline
Helping establish product-market-fit by creating and optimizing marketing pages
Crafting effective, creative and holistic digital marketing campaigns
Establishing key partnerships with brands and influencers
Establishing and managing the marketing budget; driving return on investment
Setting KPIs and reporting to the key company stakeholders on growth progress
Spotting opportunities in the market and driving growth of the business
Building relationships with creative, digital and media agencies when needed
